"Access is denied" error message when migrating eRoom content (4325398)

When trying to copy eRoom content, the following exception is thrown when loading the Configuration Options dialog:

Server was unable to process request. ---> Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))

• Content Matrix job configuration options are sticky and stored in the C:\Users\<YourUsername>AppData\Roaming\Metalogix\Content Matrix Console - eRoom Edition\ActionDefaults directory.
• When a job is being configured, Content Matrix tries to read the XML from the ActionDefaults folder, preset the configuration options, and then fails with an exception when trying to launch the dialog. The stack trace can show a method used to apply the settings such as:
   
  Metalogix.ERoom.Actions.ERoomCopyDocumentDialog.set_Settings(ERoomPasteDocumentOptions )

Below are 2 ways to resolve the error message:

• Clear the action defaults by going to the Settings tab of the console and clicking on the "Reset Configuration Options" button.
• Delete the XML files in the C:\Users\<YourUsername>AppData\Roaming\Metalogix\Content Matrix Console - eRoom Edition\ActionDefaults folder.
