Disabled options to install WSPs (4272475)

When attempting to install any Content Matrix WSP, the options are disabled or grayed out, as shown on the image below:  

Locks are seen on the %ProgramData%\Metalogix folder, which indicates insufficient permission. Once the locks are removed, the options to install the WSPs will be enabled.

1. Right-click on the Content Matrix setup file and select Properties.

   

2. On the Security tab, click Edit > Add.

   

3. Add the installer account and grant it Full Control permission.

   

4. Click OK to close the windows.
5. Right-click on the Content Matrix setup file, then select Run as administrator.
