CMessage::CopyToPST Error -2147024882 There is not enough memory available on the Microsoft Exchange Server computer to perform the operation. Contact your system administrator. - MAPI_E_NOT_ENOUGH_MEMORY (Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store) Low level error: 0x3F0 File: 'aeCopy.cpp' Line: '173' (Subject: 'message subject line is represented here]', SourceKey: '8033A317B5F4D21186610008C7EBB6760000062804F9')
MailExport::ExportMessage Error 1311 Cannot copy the message 'message subject line is represented here]' to the PST-file. Folder origin is '8033A317B5F4D21186610008C7EBB6760000062804F9'.
The message with the subject that is listed in the log is most probably too big large (meaning much larger than the pst size) or corrupted. If increasing the PST file size is not desirable, as a workaround the message can be removed from the source mailbox. This resolves the problem and allows MSA to proceed. The message could be manually placed into the target mailbox via .pst file.
Another possible cause for such error could be not that the item is too large - the item could be corrupted, there could be some corrupt data in the synchronization issues / Servers Synchronization folder. Even attempting to view the contents of the folder might cause Outlook to crash.
If this happens then removal of the data with Outlook (or Exmerge) might fail, too. As a workaround OWA can be used. With OWA you can navigate to the folder and delete the entire content (or the single item) because OWA will not try to load it until you try to open it.
