The rule VMW ESX Server Total Latency does not seem to be firing correctly. (4296667)

The rule VMW ESX Server Total Latency does not seem to be firing correctly.  I have very high latency, but this rule is not sending any alerts.

The rule VMW ESX Server Total Latency is only measuring the total Command Latency, and not the Total latency.

This is a known enhancement request in vFoglight referenced by Quest Tracking ID ESC-1071.

Attached is a custom rule that will evaluate the total latency.

To install the rule:

<Install Dir>\Foglight\bin>fglcmd.bat -usr <usrname> -pwd <password> -cmd util:configimport -f DatastoreTotalLatency.xml

This will be a custom rule named DatastoreTotalLatency not associated with a cartridge.

Enhancement request ESC-1071 has been submitted to Development for a fix in a future release.  Please check the release notes of latest software to determine which bug fixes have been included in this release.
