NMS agent is not collecting data after moving from WebServiceIntegration cartridge to NMS cartridge -

Causa
Only one integration method (WebServiceIntegration cartridge or NMS cartridge) may be used.
The WebServiceIntegration may still be enabled.

Resolução
1) Disable the WebServiceIntegration cartridge in the FMS Foglight console.2) Verify that the NMSAgent, NMSIntegration, and NMSUI cartridges are enabled in the FMS Foglight console.3) Remove the FMS URL from the Administration dashboard in the "Foglight Integration" page in NMS Studio.4) Select devices under the "Foglight Native Integration" page in the NMS Studio.5) Verify that the primary role of the devices selected in NMS exists in the "Included Role List" of the NMS agent properties in FMS console.a) To find out the primary role assigned to a device in NMS studio execute the following steps:i. Go to Devices, right-click on the Device, select "Settings | Names and Roles".ii. Locate the field named "Primary device role".b) Make sure the role exists in the "Included Role List" in the properties of the NMS agent in the FMS console.i. Navigate to the Agent Status page (Administration | Agents | Agent Status).ii. Highlight the NMS agent, click the "Edit Properties" button, and click on the "Modify the private properties for this agent" link.iii. Click the "Edit" button to the right of the Included Role List to see the roles.
