On install, not all JClass components are available as install options. Most are greyed-out. -

I'm trying to install JClass DesktopViews and check off all the different components in the Suite such as PageLayout, Elements, etc. so that they will all be installed, but all the components options are disabled/greyed-out but one--JClass Chart .

Causa
Your license file is not for the full suite--it is only for a specific product. i.e. Instead of being licensed for JClass DesktopViews, you are only licensed for JClass Chart.

Resolução
If you had purchased the entire JClass suite, then please log a technical support case and a support engineer will work with Quest Software's internal teams to get you the full-suite license file that you are entitled to.
If you hadn't purchased the full suite but would like to do so, then talk to your Sales Rep about getting a license file that enables you to install the entire suite.
