QMM generates an empty vmover.ini file. (4237099)

When selecting Tools | Export to | INI File... from the Quest Migratoin Manager menu,   a vmover.ini file is created with only the default header information.

Either no users were migrated or the credentials in the Resource Update Manager console are incorrect.   QMM uses the specified credentials in the RUM console for exporting the vmover.ini file.

I. Please confirm that at least one Migration or Synchronization session has taken place and some AD objects were actually migrated or matched before trying to export the vmover.ini file.

II. Please perform the following:

1) Confirm which account is being used to access the ADAM database by right clicking on the Migration Project in QMM console and select Open Project...

2) Select Set Auxiliary Account.   This is the account information you will need to resolve the problem.   Select Finish and then the Finish button.

3) In the QMM console menu bar select Tools | Resource Processing | Resource Updating Manager...

4) This will open Resource Update Manager. You should have a pop up screen that asks you to change the account you are using.   Select yes.

5) In the next dialog box select This Account and in the blank fields put in the info for the service account that is used for accessing ADAM.

6) When you create the vmover.ini it will be populated.
