During appliance version upgrades, there might be a limitation on the hardware and might require a migration before upgrading the appliance. Users may request what generation of appliance they are currently having. -
Causa
KACE hardware appliances are Dell PowerEdge Servers. Here are the models offered for KACE Appliance:
11G = PowerEdge R610
12G = PowerEdge R420
13G = PowerEdge R430

Resolução
With the release of SMA 13.0 & SDA 9.1, it's not possible to upgrade Dell 12G Servers to these versions.
With the release of SMA 13.2 & SDA 9.2, it's not possible to upgrade Dell 13G Servers to these versions.To find out the Service Tag of the Server, follow this article.
