The current version of InTrust is 11.6, to upgrade you will need to be on one of the following versions:

Note: In-Place Upgrade 11.6 will not support Server, Default & Extended Suite. Also, you will need your existing organization password, or else, you won't be able to upgrade and a new fresh installation will need to be done. To reset your organization password while still having access to the existing instance, see the instructions below:
