During collection of VCenter logs you may experience the following error:
"Errors encountered at data collection. ADC Error: No such class available (0x8adc1004)

Causa
The gathering job may be using an agent-based gather. Agent-based gathering is not supported for VCenter log gathering.

Resolução
Locate the task in question. On the VCenter gathering job properties ensure "use agents" is unchecked. Commit the changes and run the job again.
