When installing the InTrust Agent on a server manually, the installation completes successfully, however when checking the InTrust Manager and the list of Agents, the server is not listed.
In this scenario TCP port 900 is open and there is no obvious communication issues. In fact, the InTrust Agent may have been successfully working here previously.
When running the "-add" command you may recieve the following with no addtional error sub-status code,etc (ex. "wrong proof from client"):
"Cannot register agent on the InTrust server 'InTrust_Server.mydomain.com"
Upon further investigation the ADCAgent installation folder may contain only some parts of the InTrust Agent. It appears the installation is incomplete. Further attempts to uninstall\reinstall reveal the same incomplete installation.
There should be roughly 38 files\folder contained in the root ADCAgent folder by default.
