Slow performance when navigate to session details on Oracle and SQL dashboard
Issue on the Agent Manager side where the websocket connection to the FMS could not be established when there is a mismatch between the certificate hostname and the provided hostname causing the Sessions dashboard to load slower.
Caused by: java.security.cert.CertificateException: No subject alternative DNS name matching dtos-foglight-v71 found
WORKAROUND
1). Apply FglAM hotfix full cartridge file v7.3.0.2 attached to this Knowledgebase article (HFIX-528)
2). Apply the attached 7.3.0.14 Oracle cartridge for the "SQL Summary" tab issue (HFIX-518)
STATUS
Defect ID FOG-10574 has been logged for the FglAM issue where Hostname verification prevents the WebSocket connection from being established. This will be fixed in a future release of the Foglight Agent Manager.
