Troubleshooting:
1. Shutdown the DR.
2. Swap CPU slots to see if the problem follows the slot or CPU. This could rule out if motherboard or CPU replacement
3. Reboot DR
4. Check Alarms and alerts, if the slot has changed, such as if reported on CPU1 if it's not alarming on CPU2.
5. Provide basic and dset diagnostics https://support.quest.com/dr-series/kb/223959
6. Include shipping details in the event part dispatch is necessary.
