DR alarmed with CRITICAL Appliance Services failed. System diagnostic package basic.lzip collected -
Causa
It was determined there was a process named lwsmd that crashed and has triggered appliance services failure. So it’s the Likewise module that crashed Best guess is there are some specific domain related settings that the DR doesn’t like or cannot handle well.
Reported on DR version 3.2.6

Resolução
Since this was reported on an old version of firmware of 3.2.6. we would suggest to first upgrade to the latest code, then we monitor it --- if it happens again we will need to run checks on domain settings etc..
If this occurs on the latest version open a Service Request at support.quest.com.
