QCS email messages are tagged with a stamp ([EXTERNAL]) in the subject by a Security Mail Gateway third party tool. When QCS encrypted emails are tagged from the subject, attachment or body, QCS detects that the message has been manipulated and synchronizations are not performed.
The Mapimsal logs shows the next behavior when emails are received and processed:

RESOLUTION:
1. Create an exception rule for Inbound and Outbound emails generated by QCS service accounts for HQ and Branch to avoid stamping the message with tag in the Subject, Attachment or Body fields.
2. Use a whitelist to isolate QCS Service Accounts email accounts.
3. Remove Disclaimer Texts for QCS Service Accounts.
