Deploying Change Auditor agents to some servers may result in the error:

Manually install the agent on the servers. Please see the following KB article for instructions on how to manually install the agent:

This can also be caused by a firewall blocking connection from the Coordinator to the target machine. Confirm that ports 135 and 445 are open. Confirm that you can access \\servername\admin$ from the Coordinator, logged in as the same account set for the deployment credentials.
Ensure the remote registry service is enabled on both the Coordinator and Agent hosts and verify you can connect to the Remote Registry on the Agent server from the Coordinator.
Confirm you can connect to, and view the Services on the Agent server from the Coordinator using the "services.msc" console.
