When trying to open a stubbed message the following error is seen in outlook:
Error restoring part 1 (IPM.Note.aftermail:xxx): msxml3.dll: Error -2146697208: The download of the specified resource has failed.
Resolution 1:
1. Login to the Archive Manager Administration site with an administrator account
2. Select logins and search for the user.
3. Ensure "Active" is ticked.
4. If it was unchecked, set it as active and try to open the Archive Manager website as the user.
Resolution 2:
On the client computer, open Control Panel | Credentials Manager
1. Ensure there are not any saved credentials for the Archive Manager website or server. If there are remove them
2. Try to open a stubbed email in Outlook.
