We are excited to announce our most recent updates to KACE Cloud.

Look what's new:

  • Remote Access enables the admin to take control of their registered endpoints to help the IT team diagnose issues via remote troubleshooting. Our integration with SplashTop Remote Desktop allows you to remotely access your managed endpoints to help troubleshoot and solve issues.
  • Better patch deployment visibility – KACE Cloud has tailored its patch reporting capabilities to include status updates on current and past deployed patches. Get a status update on how your patches are progressing along.
  • UI/UX Improvements: 
    Customize Device Alias – Give unique names to your registered endpoints (rather than have multiple endpoints be named by the same device name). 
    Patches sorting – All patches listed in our patch catalogue are now sorted by newest to oldest.
  • Custom Compliance – Get an at-a-glance view of the compliance state of your registered devices. Customize the policies that determine your compliance state – and easily omit the ones you do not want (i.e.: non business critical policies).
