Quest has discovered an issue that affects Lineage display when dealing with large volumes of lineage data with a few customers.
Lineage is not persisted when the DI application is restarted and needs to be regenerated when mapping updates are triggered via Smart Connectors or when Tomcat is restarted. In both cases, lineage will not be displayed until background processes have completed. The update process can take from a few minutes to a few hours to complete depending on the size of the DI Suite environment.
How does this affect me?
If you are on DI Suite versions 13.0, 13.1, 13.2 you may be affected by this issue.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved as a patch for each version of DI Suite 13.x. We strongly recommend you to download and upgrade your DI Suite installation(s).
