syslog-ng Premium Edition 7.0.30

 

One Identity is excited to announce a new version of syslog-ng Premium Edition is now available.

Look what's fixed in 7.0.30:

  • OpenSSL upgraded to 1.1.1m
  • Fixed a rare queued counter overflow in stats output
  • Fixed logstore permission issue when syslog-ng is started as root with Linux capabilities enabled
  • Fixed ORA-28002 (soon to expire password) error in Oracle() destination which prevented syslog-ng to connect
  • Fixed file source encoding when a log file contained Chinese characters
  • Fetch-query timeout of SQL sources has been increased to 30 seconds
  • Windows Event Collector: Fixed "WARNING: Your configuration file uses an obsoleted keyword, please update your configuration" message caused by an obsoleted keyword in the default configuration
