Unified Communications Analytics Product Notification

We are excited to announce a new release of Unified Communications Analytics.

Look what's new in 8.8:

• You can set an option to exclude today’s data from insights for all users.
• You can use the new Admin Settings | Credentials page to manage the credentials that are used by multiple data sources to connect using PowerShell/LDAP/EWS and collect data.
• A new insight, Servers / Server Activity / Summary lets you see the message activity on your Exchange servers for user and system messages.
• Support is added for the new cmdlets that were introduced in the Microsoft Exchange Online PowerShell V2 module.
• Custom settings maintained for Query and Storage Engines during upgrade.

Unified Communications Analytics 8.5.x is now in limited support and scheduled to discontinue support on August 18, 2021.

Unified Communications Analytics 8.6.x is scheduled to go into limited support on November 10, 2021 and discontinue support on May 10, 2022.
