Archive Manager for Exchange Product Notification

Delayed Shortcuts do not contain email body text for emails with multiple versions.

How does this affect me?

After an email has been archived as a delayed shortcut, certain metadata is added to the email. This is necessary to ensure that Metalogix Archive Manager can identify this email as a delayed shortcut. 

If a delayed shortcut email is changed before the email is converted into a standard shortcut, another version of this email is created in Metalogix Archive Manager. 

When converting the delayed shortcut into a standard shortcut, a problem can occur when referring to the additionally generated version. This will result in a missing body text for affected emails.

Resolution

We recommend all customers download and install the latest version of Metalogix Archive Manager 8.2.0.275. This build includes a fix for Delayed Shortcuts do not contain email body text for emails with multiple versions.
