Unified Communications Analytics Product Notification

We are excited to announce a new version of Unified Communications Analytics 8.6.1 is now available for download.

Look what's new:

• A new Organizations / Delivery Time Threshold Summary insight is added
• Skype for Business 2019 supported
• Filtering changes so that when you are filtering a sub-attribute of a collection field, you can filter for any or all values that meet the filter criteria
• New collection scope options are added to the Exchange Mailbox Contents and the Exchange Online Mailbox Contents data sources
• Option to enable server side data calculation for data-intensive insights
