Rapid Recovery/DL version Appliance software users who require and use NPH licenses will need to obtain a new NPH license version in order to upgrade their software version to 6.2. 

How does this affect me?
If you have a NPH license for any version prior to 6.2 for Rapid Recovery or DL Series Backup and Recovery Appliances, you will not be able to install and run Rapid Recovery/DL version 6.2 with your existing NPH license. 

Resolution
Contact Quest Licensing prior to installing version 6.2 to obtain the new 6.2 compatible NPH license prior to software upgrade installations to ensure your software upgrade installs and runs successfully and therefore will not disrupt your backup schedules. Please allow at least one business day to fulfil this license request prior to your planned upgrade.
