Historically, Remote Support Center was distributed as a free remote management add-on for Desktop Authority (DA). However, going forward, RSC’s functionality will be directly integrated into Desktop Authority. Once available (ETA August 2017 barring any unforeseen delays), please upgrade to the next version of Desktop Authority (10.1) to continue using any RSC specific remote management features.
