We are excited to announce that Unified Communications Analytics 8.2 (formerly Unified Communications Command Suite — Analytics) is now ready for download.

What's new in 8.2:

• Support for Skype for Business 2015
• Collect information about your Exchange public folders, both legacy (Exchange 2007 and 2010) and new (Exchange 2013)
• Enhanced insight exporting, filtering and table formatting
• Enhanced quality of experience metrics and new threshold settings, as well as Exchange vs. Exchange Online mailbox distinction
• Added ActiveSync insights to see the details of any specific event
