Need to reset the administrator password.
There are several causes:
Access the VM Appliance Command Line Interface (CLI).
At the prompts, enter:
1- Login: netdiag
2- Password: netdiag
3- A list of network diagnostic commands appears, including reset_admin_password, that option allows changing the Administrator's password.
4- At the command-line prompt, type reset_admin_password and hit Enter.
5- When prompted, type the last 16 characters of the current SDA license, including dashes. You must use the correct case. For example, if the license is XX123w84RMSGyWUWxDP8eIjlwVcTdnM/7gbIk0/yfl2sZvZbCanwreSRL1eu3tg5qsN6227aqVwVtWO4z5LtpxFoL/ORVy9a5Y6vHFI=
the last 16 digits will be L/ORVy9a5Y6vHFI=
6- A message appears, indicating your new password, consisting of six characters enclosed in quotation marks. For example:
7- The admin password has been reset to, for example "GTYKpa".
8- Record your new password.
9- Type Exit to exit the netdiag window.
10- Open the WebUI console, and log in to the console using the admin account and the new password.
For security purposes, change the Administrator's password. It is recommended to use a combination of lowercase and upper case letters, numbers, and symbols in the password.
