KACE Desktop Authority is not able to create or add a Network Location natively.
Workaround using a UNC:
Create a Shortcut Element as follows:
1- Name: Shortcut_ Name
2- Location: C:\Users\$UserID\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Network Shortcuts
3- Action: Create Shortcut
4- Check Overwrite box.
5- Target: Enter UNC.
Workaround using a WEB URL:
Create a Shortcut Element as follows:
1- Name: Shortcut_ Name
2- Location: C:\Users\$UserID\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Network Shortcuts
3- Action: Create Shortcut
4- Check Overwrite box
5- Target: $Browserfilespec
6- Target arguments: http://Server_Name/WEBDAV_Folder
