When attempting to remote control into a target workstation an error is returned stating “Page cannot be displayed”.

원인
The Expert Assist remote management client may not be installed correctly.

해결 방안
Verify that the remote management client is installed its listed as Expert Assist in Add or Remove Programs.
If the client is not installed, then verify that an Element has been configured in the Desktop Authority console for Remote Management.
