After upgrading from SMA version 11.1 to version 12.0 Patching smart labels fail to load patches and as a result the patch schedule containing these labels may be marked completed without detecting any patches.
This issue has been identified as a defect and is currently being investigated under defect ID: K1-32340.
While the issue is investigated the following workaround is suggested:
Note: The above workaround will need to be done on each Patching smart label that includes "Operating System" as a filter.
