Oops File not found when try to download the Media Manager. -
Description
When tried to download the Media Manager using the Source Media | Choose Action | Download Media Manager getting the following error message:
Oops! File not found.
What happened:
The requested URL /media_manager was not found on this server. -
Cause
The link is broken and it will be fixed in our next release. The issue was reported under product defect K2-7770. -
Resolution
To download the Media Manager:
Navigate to Library | Overview and click Download Media Manager in the right panel.
