A new command tool was added to NETDIAG, to fix Samba Folders (drivers, drivers_postinstall, restore) permissions related issues -
Resolution
Access your KACE SDA\RSA Console. (Using VM Ware Player, Hyper-V Player or an iDRAC connection if it's a physical appliance).
Login with the credentials: netdiag \ netdiag
Type set_permissions, and hit Enter. This may take up to five minutes, depending on the amount of folders, installed drivers in your appliance.
