Description
Unable to update Metadata and Driver Configuration Files without Internet (Dark Network) -
Cause
Internet Access is required for both Metadata (information about Operating Systems) and Driver Configuration File (for Library's Driver Feed) to be updated. -
Resolution
The KACE SDA Team offers an updated version of both the Driver Feed Configuration File and the Metadata information, in a separate
stand-alone download.
This is applied to KACE SDAs located in Dark Networks, to keep both components updated.For KACE SDA version 9.3 use:For KACE SDA version 9.2 use:For KACE SDA version 9.0How to use this file:1- Head to the attachments section below, and download the KBIN update file.
2- Go to Settings | Appliance Maintenance.
3- Head to Manual Updates and Select your KBIN file.
4- Hit Apply Updates..png)

Additional Information
Once this is done, verify that your Metadata is up to date:
1- Go to Settings | General Settings.2- Scroll-down to "Source Media Metadata".
3- Your Metadata date should match the one in your KBIN File.
