Linked device for RSA or K2000 going to the wrong URL when using dropdown menu -
Description
When attempting to go from the Kace SDA to the RSA using the drop down menu in the top bar.
If it is desired to go to the FQDN of the RSA it goes to the localhost name, or if it goes to the localhost name it goes to the FQDN.
The same situation can also apply going from a RSA to another RSA or back to the Kace SDA.

Cause
The hostname in network settings is setup incorrectly. -
Resolution
Go into Settings | Control Panel | Network Settings.
What is in hostname will determine where the user is directed to when using the top drop down menu to go to that device. If it is desired to go to the localhost name, make sure just the localhost name is in there, if it is wanted to go to the FQDN, make sure the FQDN is in there.
