How to set the computer name (4248771)

You can use a pre and mid level install tasks to get and set the computer name in an automated way.
This can be automated by using the Get-Set Computer name tasks.

This allows you to set the name in the following ways:

• Using the K1 database
• Using the K2 database
• Using variable replacement
• Using a data file
• Dialog prompting
