Product defect ID K2-7605 was created for this issue.
Workaround: A hotfix was released in July 2021 to address this issue.
Download and apply the KBIN (Settings | Appliance Maintenance | Manual Update | Select File) attached to this KB.
This is only for version 8.1 and must be applied only to the SDA.
Important: The appliance will reboot after applying the hotfix.
