Admin starts to get emails from cron /kbox/bin/get_summary_alerts.php > /dev/null 2>> /kbox/kboxwww/logs/error_log
that say:/bin/sh: cannot create /kbox/kboxwww/logs/error_log: No such file or directory -

Product defect ID K2-7605 was created for this issue.
Workaround: A hotfix was released in July 2021 to address this issue.
Download and apply the KBIN (Settings | Appliance Maintenance | Manual Update | Select File) attached to this KB.
This is only for version 8.1 and must be applied only to the SDA.Important: The appliance will reboot after applying the hotfix.
Before shutting down or rebooting the appliance, ensure that none of the following processes are active:• Package imports or exports• Source media uploads• System image uploads or rebuilds• Scripted installation rebuilds• Deployments• RSA syncs• Driver downloads through Driver Feed• User state scans -
