When the version of the RSA is more than one revision behind the current RSA version on the SDA, syncing and/or upgrading fail. For example, if the RSA is running version `3.3 and the SDA is running version 3.6, there may be an issue upgrading or syncing.
In the webGUI for the SDA, the log showing errors regarding RSA sync and upgrade is the Server Processor Task error log. You may see the following errors: Error occurred syncing file list: exit code = 12 and/or Error occurred copying upgrade patch to RSA: exit code = 255.
Upgrade one revision, using the RSA upgrade files posted in the SDA Archives download area until all your RSAs are at the current version.
Repeat until the RSA is at the current version.
