There are multiple reasons why a deployment can be slow. If you feel that the performance on the K2000 is slow, please go through the suggestions in the "Resolution" section.
Resolution
Check the speed of your hard drive, 5400 RPM drives (or "green" drives) deploy slower than a 7200 RPM drive.
Set your switches and K2000 manually to 1000 Mbps full-duplex, removing it from Auto-negotiate, we have found that this helps in many environments.
Check the system image detail page and uncheck "Include debug output in log" With this checked, the K2000 has to append this log file with everything it is doing for each machine, so this will slow down deployment tremendously.
