These dashboard pages are customizable, in that each logged in user account gets to choose which widgets appear on their Dashboard. They can also resize and rearrange them.
The widgets in Service Desk have customization options, given the nature of Service Desk-related data. Dashboard users can choose the chart type for each widget, and group the data by one of several metrics.
