In the confirmation dialog box, click Delete to remove the user account from the NetVault Backup Server. |
The password policy defines the maximum age for a user password and applies globally to all local NetVault Backup users. Also MSP administrator can set password policy for local users which are created by MSP itself. Although the UI indicates that the setting applies to all users, the policy established in Active Directory supersedes the policy in NetVault Backup for AD users.

On the Set Password Policy page, provide the following information: |

Select the Passwords expire after check box, and type or select the maximum number of days a password can be used before the user is required to change it. |
• |
Select the Display Reminder check box, and specify how many days in advance users are notified to change their password. The message is displayed every time the user logs on to NetVault Backup. |

Click Apply to save the password policy. |

On the Set Password Policy page, select or clear the Secure Mode check box to enable or disable the secure mode. |
