When testing the Quest Import Service, the third test fails with the following error:
Unable to connect to the Migrator for Notes to SharePoint Import Service at 'http://sp01:8888/ImportSession.svc' due to the following error: 'The Web application at https://sp01:444/ could not be found.
Resolución

The account that the Quest Import Service is running as will need to have the following rights:
SPReadOnly access on SharePoint_Config database
SPDataAccess access on SharePoint_Config database
