The server does not allow messages larger than 2097152 bytes (4258692)

The request message is too big. The server does not allow messages larger than 2097152 bytes

We have seen this with customers when a rich text field contains more data than is allowed in a Notes field in SharePoint Online.   In these instances even copying the data from the notes field and pasting into SharePoint Online fails.

To workaround this SharePoint Online limitation you may need to migrate the data from the rich text field from Notes as an attachment.

1. Add a "Attachments" field into "Target Data Definition".
2. Remove field mapping "NotesFieldHtml→NotesField",  and map a "Constant" to "NotesField".
3. Add field mapping "NotesFieldHtml→NotesFieldContent" for exporting the content to attach file.
