There is now a Self-Service option for Licensing requests:
- Go to the Support Portal, support.quest.com
- Click My Account
- Login
- Click My License Assets
- If your license is not shown, click Register Product and enter the License Number or Service Tag
- Once the licenses have been registered you can then download your license keys as needed, or request upgraded keys when a new key is needed for a major product version change (for example, going from 8.x to 9.x)
If need be, you can submit a License Request to the Licensing team by filling out the following form:

To apply a new license file
- From the Start menu, open AA Server Manager
- Click Update License
- To view details about the current license, click Details
- To update the license, click Update License
- Locate the license file .dlv, and click Open
