The Task/Time tab displays the following information:
The status of the task is indicated by one or more icons:
The percentage of the estimated time required to complete the task that has been worked.
A brief description of the task.
NOTE: Task descriptions can include comments that have been added to the task. To hide comments, click Hide Cmt. To show comments, click Show Cmt. |
Each task must be associated with an activity code. An activity code is a category of tasks.
The date when the task is scheduled to start.
The date when the task is due to be completed.
The estimated number of hours required to complete this task.
The total number of hours posted to this task thus far.
The user assigned to the task.
The average completion percentage of all the tasks associated with the CSR.
Auto tasks are activated by the Application, CSR Type, and Status fields of a CSR. If your CSR contains an application, type, or status that has an associated auto task, Stat automatically adds it to the Task/Time tab. A pink star in the status field of a task indicates that it is an auto task.

In the Activity Code field, select an activity code from the list. |

In the Assigned To field, select the user you want to assign this task. |

In the Estimated Hrs field, enter the estimated number of hours it will take to complete the task. |

In the Comments field, type any comments regarding this task. |

Click OK when you are finished, or add another task if you want by pressing the New button. |

Select the task you want to edit and click Edit... button. |

From a Project window, select the Task/Activity tab. Then double-click on a task, or select it and click Edit... button. This is discussed further in Chapter 6, “Stat Projects.” |

Select Tools | Time Entry. Then double-click the task in the Time Entry window, which displays a list of all your open tasks with time entry fields for each day in the current week. |
On the Task/Time tab of the Change/Service Request window, select the task and click Delete button. The task is deleted immediately. Once you have deleted a task it cannot be recovered.
