If you see this error as soon as you open ControlPoint, the applicable version of the .NET Framework has not been installed on all of the Web front-end servers in your farm.
Resolution
Make sure the version of the .NET Framework that is appropriate for your SharePoint version is installed on all Web front-end servers in your farm.

Issue
During your current ControlPoint session, an action you performed (such as a Delete Site, Set User Permissions, or Add User to Group) isn't reflected in the SharePoint Hierarchy.
Possible Resolution
·Try Refreshing the SharePoint Hierarchy.
OR
·If a site collection has been added or deleted and the ControlPoint Application Administrator has configured the application to load site collections from a server-side cache, you may try refreshing this cache.
