The users experience a 3 minute delay at logoff when Google Drive File Stream is installed. The SLtraceLogoff.htm shows the information on the image below:
The presence of a Google Drive File Stream drive mapping is triggering a dormant section of code which was previously only used for Windows 9.x clients. Since it is no longer necessary to retain the Windows 9.x section in the code, it has been removed from the SLStart.exe file.
STATUS
This issue is resolved in version 10.2. The latest version can be downloaded from here.
WORKAROUND
If on version 10.1 and unable to upgrade, please Contact Support to get the new hotfixed SLstart.exe file and the instructions on how to apply it.
This hotfix is available only for Desktop Authority version 10.1.0.1009. If running any other previous version, please upgrade to the latest version.
