Error in configuring or upgrading DAReporting database. Installer stops and rolls back. -

When performing an initial installation of Desktop Authority 9 there are errors reported when upgrading of the DAReporting Database, causing the installer to stop and roll back any changes. -
Ursache
Cause is currently not known. All permissions for database and credentials were confirmed. Only outstanding possible issues were little to no additional Hard Drive space on SQL Server and large reporting database (over 16GB). -
Lösung
As long as the loss of current reporting data is not vital or needed, backup the DAReporting database using SQL management studio tools. After backing up database, proceed to delete database.
Once database is deleted, proceed to run the Desktop Authority 9.x installer and it will complete the installation successfully.
Contact Support if it does not, or issue persists.
