Migrating a site from SharePoint On-Prem to SharePoint online, some items are failing to migrate with the error:
An error occurred while fetching list item XML for item collection starting with Item ID XXXXX.
Error:'There was an exception running the extensions specified in the config file. ---> There is not enough space on the disk.' -
Ursache
During the migration process, there was a point where the server(s) hosting MEWS experienced a temporary lack of available disk space.

Lösung
Free up space in the servers running MEWS, run an incremental migration on the affected SP object
