During a Resource Updating Manager Discovery or Processing session the following error is reported in the Log:
5/21/2019 3:19:59 PM 1248 Error 0x5. Access is denied.
5/21/2019 3:19:59 PM 1248 RPC call to Quest Migration Manager RUM Controller Service failed.
