Backup wizard does not see VMs correctly in inventory when creating a backup job -
Description
When using the backup wizard to create a new backup job or edit an existing job, the following error message occurs:
There are no Virtual Machines in the current state. The most likely cause of this issue is changes in the Virtual Infrastructure....Please refresh inventory and recreate the job.
